1. Introduction

Welcome to Ofure Care, operated by Ofure Clinic and Orphanage ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at ofurecare.com (the "Website") and the caregiver training services offered through our Website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. Registration and Your Account

When you register for our caregiver training program, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Services that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should notify us immediately if you believe that your account has been compromised.

4. Program Fees and Payment

The fees for our caregiver training program are as stated on our Website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.

Payment for the program must be made in accordance with the payment terms provided during the registration process. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your participation in the program.

5. Program Policies

By enrolling in our caregiver training program, you agree to:

  • Attend all required classes and practical sessions
  • Complete all assignments and assessments
  • Comply with all program rules and regulations
  • Maintain professional conduct during all program activities
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other students and staff

We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the program for failure to comply with these policies, without refund of any fees paid.

6. Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, including all required coursework, practical sessions, and assessments, students will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate is issued by Ofure Care and is recognized by relevant authorities in Nigeria.

We do not guarantee employment or job placement upon completion of the program, although we do offer job placement assistance to our graduates.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ofure Clinic and Orphanage and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ofure Clinic and Orphanage or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All materials provided as part of the caregiver training program, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, presentations, and online resources, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing such content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Services.

You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your content available to other users of the Services, who may also use your content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Ofure Care or users of the Services or expose them to liability

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Ofure Care nor any person associated with Ofure Care makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Ofure Care, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ofure Care, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Nigeria, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
